Q1: How much time commitment is required?
At least 1–2 hours per week, depending on the role and activities of the committee or task force.
Q2: Can I switch sub-committees later?
Yes, you can switch sub-committees if your interests or availability change. We encourage volunteers to find the best fit for their skills and goals.
Q3: Do I need prior volunteering experience?
No, prior volunteering experience is not required. We welcome everyone who is passionate about Change Management and eager to contribute.
Q4: What kind of tasks will I be involved in?
Tasks vary by committee but may include event planning, content creation, member engagement, outreach, research, or operational support.
Q5: Will I receive any training or guidance?
Yes, new volunteers will receive guidance from committee leads and fellow members to help them get started and contribute effectively.
Q6: Can I volunteer if I have a full-time job?
Absolutely! Many of our volunteers have full-time jobs and contribute in ways that fit their schedules.
Q7: How long is the volunteer term?
Volunteer terms vary, but most roles are for at least three to six months. However, short-term opportunities may also be available.
