Building Change Capabilities
We have learnt that the world we are living in is constantly changing. As leaders of tomorrow, we need to master one important skill – managing change. The future skills needed are largely about driving change and being adaptable to the environment around us.
At this session, we will discuss how to build change management skills on an individual and at an organizational level. This session is part of our World Cafe Series where we focus on experience exchange among peers – highly interactive with great insights expected.
